The Rockdale County
High School Marching Band is the most visible element of the
Rockdale County High School band program. The band begins rehearsing in the
summer and continues through the football season. Performances of
the ensemble include all varsity football games, band
festivals, competitions, special events, and parades.
All marching band members (with the exception
of the guard) must be enrolled in a band class
during the fall semester.
Members must have fulfilled academic requirements per school policy:
NO PASS, NO PLAY. Each student must comply with all band rules
and regulations. Members are expected to participate in all
performances scheduled throughout the entire school year. |
